TechSTAT powder booths are Ideal for the small to medium-sized batch powder applicator. Process Finishing Solutions offer two basic types of TechSTAT booth as well as custom sizes and designs.

TS-A models feature high-efficiency cartridge filters for capturing powder overspray and an automatic filter pulsing system for cleaning filters offering efficient operation.

TS-R models are designed to be connected to a cyclone or similar Extractor dust collector.

Both options come in various sizes ranging from 1200 mm wide to 6000 mm with various heights and depths.

All TechSTAT powder booths offer an efficient coating environment for powder coating operations with excellent LED lighting and easy operation.

All TechSTAT booths can be integrated with ovens from our DryCON or ProCAT range and can be configured to adapt with the NikoTRACK range of overhead conveyors.
